Article 21 – Complaints and Deliveries

Undelivered Packages

  • Have your tracking number ready and contact the carrier.

  • Causes may include incorrect address, delivery to neighbor/agent, or technical issues.

  • If the carrier declares the package lost, you will need to file a claim (2–4 weeks processing).

  • In case of carrier error, we will replace your order; in case of customer error (e.g., incorrect address), no compensation will be given.

Refusal to Accept Shipment

  • Return costs will be deducted from the refund.

  • If the shipment is refused without return proof, 25% of the product price will be deducted.

  • Customs and VAT fees are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Packaging

  • Only defects in the product are covered. In case of confirmed manufacturing defects, you may request repair, replacement, or refund.

Compensation for Usage Traces

  • In case of withdrawal rights, we may reduce the refund in proportion to the damage.

Report of Non-Received Order

  • You have 45 days from the expected delivery date to notify us.

Address Change

  • Incorrect addresses must be reported within 24 hours of ordering. After that, we cannot guarantee changes.
